Ask us to remove your Kingdom Connect account and the personal data linked to it.

What submitting this form does

  • It records your request so a church administrator can act on it. It does not delete your account straight away, and it does not sign you out.
  • An administrator checks that the request really came from you before anything is removed. This is what stops one person asking for another person's account to be deleted.
  • Your account and the personal data linked to it are then removed through our administration tools, and the request is marked complete.
  • A small number of records may need to be kept for a while where accounting, security or legal rules require it. When we confirm your request is complete we tell you what was removed and what was kept, and why.
