What Kingdom Connect is

Kingdom Connect is the member portal and church management app provided by Kingdom Impact Christian Cultural Church. It is for the church and its people: communication, membership records, groups and ministries, events and check-in, prayer, and giving records.

Your account

You register with your email address and a verification code sent to it. Registering creates your sign-in; it does not by itself give you a role in the church. What you can see and do here comes from the role your church gives you, and parts of the app — the member list, giving records and administration — are limited to leaders and administrators. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in details to yourself, and tell your church office if you think someone else has access to your account.

If your sign-in is not linked to the church yet, the app shows an access notice instead of your dashboard, and the church office can put that right for you.

Using the app fairly

• Do not try to access records that are not yours or that your role does not cover.
• Do not use the app to harass anyone, or to post content that is unlawful or harmful.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Prayer requests, announcements, messages and form answers should be written in the knowledge that people in your church will read them.

What you write stays yours

Prayers, messages and form answers you submit remain yours. By submitting them you allow your church to use them inside the app for the purpose you sent them for.

Giving

The app keeps a record of the donations the church receives, as staff enter them, whether they were given in person or elsewhere. Giving in the app opens the church's own giving page at https://www.kingdomimpact.net/give/ in a separate tab, where the donation is completed on the church website under that provider's own practices. The app does not receive or store card or bank details, does not process payments itself, and does not confirm a gift made on the church website automatically. Ask the church office if you are unsure how a gift of yours was handled.

Availability

We work to keep the app available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of mistakes. Check-in and giving records held here support the church's own records rather than replacing them.

Ending your access

You can ask us to delete your account at any time using the deletion request form. Submitting it records the request; it does not delete anything on the spot, and an administrator confirms the request came from you before the account is removed. Your church may also close an account, for example when someone leaves the church family or no longer needs a role.
